?• The Board aproved monetary assitance to Marva Bradford and Leanne Sweeney for their atten-dance
at the ARMA International Conference.

?• Effective September 25, 2000, Bonnie Monroe resigned as Trea-surer. Mary Vaughn was appointed
acting Treasurer.

?• Diana Stacey was appointed to the
Board of Directors.

?• Charitable donations were dis-cussed.
A final decision was postponed until the November board meeting.

?• Carolyn Curtis reported that the
chapter membership stood at 35.

?• Prizes for the membership contest
were discussed.

?• Christin Savine will write a brief
history of the chapter to submit to
ARMA International.

November 2000
?• It was decided to transfer $1000 from the Fair Market Account to the Checking Account to avoid fees.

?• Chester Hughes presented a letter for Dr. Mark Langemo outlining the cost and responsibilities for Dr. Langemo's presentatiion for National
Records and Information Manage-ment Week.

?• It was decided to reserve the Bell South Building auditorium for the April 3, 2001 NRIMW Seminar.

?• Plans for the Annual Awards Lun-cheon were discussed.

?• $500 was allocated for the Chapter's annual charitable donation.

?• The agreement with the Club House Inn was presented to the Board.

?• Marva Bradford gave an overview of the ARMA International Confer-ence.

December 2000
?• Plans for the Annual Awards Luncheon were finalized.

?• Discussions were held regarding confirming the Club House Inn for first quarter 2001.

?• Discussions were held regarding obtaining a mailing list from the Nashville Chamber of Commerce with regards to the NRIMW Semi-nar.
