About The Maintenance Corporation

The Academy Hill Phase IV Maintenance Corporation was started in Januaury 2002. The board of Directors consists of 4 members; President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. There are 55 homes in Phase IV which are located on Penn State Drive, Mesa Court, Miners Lane, Overlook Court, and University Drive.

Phase IV has a playground and one storm water management pond as part of its' private open space. Part of this Phase backs up to 8 acres of Critical Nature Area which will be owned and mainted by the Delaware Academy of Science.

Phase IV has 2 "Community Clean Up Day's" a year, as well as an annual picnic. We have several meetings through out the year and send out a monthly/bi-monthly newsletter.

Phase IV

Phase IV Maintenance Corporation consists of 55 homes. Membership is mandatory. Homeowners pay a start up fee at the time of settlement and then annual dues are collected each January.
