"About our Association" section of this website
The Midway Meadows subdivision was developed by R. C. Williamson in 1980. Approximately half of its homes were built by J. Stiles on Rush, Leadville, Pokolodi, Le Grande, Winter Park and two on Sherlock and are illustrated in this diagram. All 104 of these homes are members of the Addison Timbers Homeowners Association and may be identified by their garage doors which face the street.
The remaining lots on Sherlock, Winter Park, Bobbin and Dome were built by other builders and are not members of the association.
The primary purpose of this association is to provide an orderly, structured way for us to foster and maintain the value of our property.
The main activity is common maintenance of everyone's front yards.
Maintaining all front yards uniformly helps to create a more attractive neighborhood, which in turn helps maintain property values. Additionally, we can purchase such services jointly for less per yard than what we would purchasing them individually.
Le Grande is the primary single entrance to our neighborhood. This limits traffic, provides greater security and a more cohesive neighborhood environment.
We are convienently located in Addison, near the Addison Athletic Club and Fire Station 2, with ready access to shopping, dining, parks and recreational areas.
