INSPECTIONS

I've asked this question by email and phone and have never gotten a response.  What is the criteria used to determine if a home needs to be washed?  Can anyone answer this question?  I've sent two emails to management which have gone unanswered and a telephone conversation with the promise the inspector would meet me, he didn't show.  Then the manager promised to meet with me and he didn't show.  I certainly think a home that's been pressure washed five times this year would pass inspection but it seems not.

I believe in following the rules but when I see homes with grass two feet high that I have to drive by everyday I certainly begin to wonder what is our management doing.
