It's About People!

Andrew's Court Home Owners Association is here for every one. No matter if your renting or buying a home here. We attempt to take care of the landescaping and to provide for a enviorment of peaceful living. Everyone has the right to come home to a place where they can relax.

Security Here.

Andrew's Court has a fence that totally encloses the area. But, this does not entirely protect us from crime. Although we have never had a problem here, we need to look out for each other! Once our community has enough people living here, we will be establishing a crime watch program.

Children.

Our concern is for every one, including any kids here. Please be advised of our C.C&Rs. Also let your children know that for thier own safety there is no scate boarding etc. here in the Court.

Andrews Ct. H.O.A. Goals.

Andrews Ct. Home Owners Association was established in order to maintain a clean and peaceful neighborhood for all of its residents. The C.C&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and restrictions) were also established for this same reason.

If you are a home owner, you can contact me on the web. or at Andrews Ct. H.O.A. P.O.Box 87010, vancouver, wa. 98687-7010. If you are a renter, then please contact your Landlord. He will in turn contact me if required to assist in any help the association can provide.

I do not have a copy of these so called C.C&Rs.

Your landlord should have given you the rules when you first moved in! But if you did not get a copy, write to Andrews Ct. H.O.A. P.O.Box 87010, vanc. wa. 98687-7010, and we will be happy to send you a copy.
