Welcome to Apple Valley

We want to extend a special welcome to you, a new homeowner in Apple Valley. Apple Valley was first developed in the 1970’s, and now has approximately 436 homes.

We do have a home owners association which has a fee ($150) that is due once a year. The Board Members are elected every 2 years during our Annual Meeting in Febuary held at the Central Gov't Center on Outer Loop. Board meetings are held the second Saturday of every month at 10:00am at Central Gov't Center on Outer Loop and residents are always welcome to attend. Just call one of the Board Members to check for the specific location.
