Aquila Neighborhood Association was established in 1998. It does not charge annual dues or membership fees. We are supported by volunteers, donations and grants. Our purpose is to create a closer neighborhood by promoting familiarity among residents and interaction of all age groups. We welcome all residents to participate in meetings and activities and to be involved in decisions about our neighborhood.
