Local resident to Bicycle 500 Miles

Although many people may consider riding 500 miles in one week almost impossible, Steven Steuck is prepared. He as previously bicycled across Minnesota several times in the last 5 years.

This ride, involving up to 125 riders, is designed to raise awareness of the shortage of low-income housing and to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.

Habitat for Humanity builds houses for families with a contribution of labor by each family in exchange for a no-interest loan. Habitat has built houses in Saint Louis Park.
