The Board of Directors is in the beginning stages of making a decision on what colors to paint the buildings in the spring. There will be two buildings painted this year and the remaining two the following year. The Board will paint the two oldest buildings first.

In the next couple of months, your Community Manager will be obtaining bids from qualified painting contractors and the Board of Directors will make the final decision on who the work is awarded to. We will keep all homeowners updated as to the status of this process as more information is received.

A notice will be sent to all homeowners who are affected by the painting process regarding when the work will begin.
