Annual Meeting Update

The Annual Meeting for the Association was held on December 2, 2001. The purpose of the meting was to elect three homeowners to the Board of Directors. One position was for a three-year term and the other two were for one-year terms. There were five candidates. An election was held, and it was determined that Leticia Deleon would be serving the three-year term, with Bob Spada and Laura Caron serving one-year terms.

Officers of the Board were determined at the next regular meeting of the Board. Officers are as follows:

Lisa Probasco ?– President
Bob Spada ?– Vice President
Leticia DeLeon ?– Secretary/Treasurer
Laura Caron ?– Member
Sharon Bishop - Member

There was general discussion regarding assessments, common area grounds, the new landscape contractor, stairway replacement, patio replacement, and painting.
