Update on Siding Repairs and Painting
Last year, Arbor Pointe Condominium Association was part of a class action lawsuit against Weyerhaeuser siding company for manufacturer defects in the siding. This year, Weyerhaeuser settled the lawsuit.
The Arbor Pointe Condominium Association expects to receive its portion of the settlement by the end of 2002. As soon as the association receives the settlement, the board will schedule the repairs and painting to begin on Buildings 5550 and 5580.
The board still plans to repair the siding and paint the 5620 and 5690 buildings in 2003.
