Replacements

COMPLETED:
29 of the 32 stairways (the 19 steps leading up to the second floor units) and their railings have been completed

YET TO BE COMPLETED:
Stairways (the 19 steps leading up to the second floor units) leading up to Units 92, 96, and 97

Repairs

YET TO BE COMPLETED:
The railing leading up to Unit 94. (This railing will be attached as soon as the weather is better.)

FYI

The contractor, By Benny, who has been replacing the stairways will be walking around the property to assess stairway landings, as well as upper stairways (the ones with 15 steps leading up to the third floor units) and their railings for future repairs and replacements.
