Arbor Pointe Inspections

Arbor Pointe is a covenant-controlled community. Once a week, the Community Manager from Management Specialists, Inc., checks the community for possible covenant violations. When a violation is noted, it is monitored closely. If it is not remedied within a short period of time, Management Specialists sends a letter to the homeowner asking him/her to comply with the covenants.

Often, homeowners commit violations because they are unaware of what the covenants state. A copy of the covenants should have been included in the closing papers at the time the homeowner purchased his/her home. It is
important to know what the covenants allow.

If everyone adheres to the covenants, Arbor Pointe will remain a beautiful area in which to live, and property values will be maintained as well.
