Unit Interiors Damaged by Water Leaking from Defective Patios

If you own a unit that has water damage that was caused by water leaking from the patio above yours, please contact Lisa Abbott at Management Specialists (303-420-4433, x211, or click on the e-mail link below).

If you leave a voicemail message for Lisa, or you e-mail her, be sure to provide your full name, your full address, and your daytime phone number.

When Lisa receives your message, she will have someone from Lookout Maintenance Company contact you. The Lookout representative will schedule a time to come to your unit and evaluate the damage. If the damage was caused by water from the patio above, the Lookout representative will then schedule a time with you to come back and repair the interior of your unit.
