Who defines tacky????
I really feel bad for the people who are actually losing sleep over TRASHCANS!! I have glanced at the ''covenants'', and if you look at them close enough, almost everyone ''violates'' them in one way or another. I feel that I am very respectful to my neighbors(at least I try to be), if they would approach me about an issue with my yard, I would try to fix it. That's my main concern, not what some piece paper says!(like Brian said, which the HOA can change at anytime for no reason.) I agree that they are there so the neighborhood doesn't go downhill, but come on, it also takes some common sense. I'm not trying to offend anyone, but tis trashcan thing is get out of hand.
