About Us
Atlantic Villas HOA
The Atlantic Villas were built in 1996.
The gated community is located on Atlantic Avenue one block north of Pacific Coast Hwy in Long Beach, CA.
We have 15 residential units, a common area barbecue grill and picnic area. Each unit is tri-level and has a laundry room, fireplace, two-car garage, central heating/air conditioning, and patio.
Our HOA Bylaws states all units must be owner occupied. We at Atlantic Villas pride ourselves in our beautiful property, diverse community, and excellent location. We’re approximately two miles north of the Pacific Ocean.
