Audobontrace

Welcome to Audubon Trace!

Audubon Trace was established in Livingston Parish as a restricted development in August of 1999.

There are 88 Lots in Audubon Trace. Aproximately 30 Lots are located adjacent to one of two Lakes within the Subdivision.

The Lakes are accessible to all Lot Owners via a 10 foot servitude that must be maintained around the Lakes.

The Subdivision has several common areas which include the Boulevard on Golden Eagle Blvd., the cul-de-sac on Wren Ct., the cul-de-sac on Purple Martin Ct., both Lakes, the property between the two Lakes, and a small piece of property between the the Lake and Red Cardinal.
