Autumn Valley Lake Management Company

Autumn Valley Lakes Subdivision is located off of Peine Road, north of West Meyer Road in Wentzville, Missouri (-90.53' 49.08"). In 2002, Burkemper Homes began construction of Phase 1. In late 2006, Phase 3 was completed. The original subdivision trustees were Jeff Burkemper, the builder of Autumn Valley Lakes and Peine Ridge subdivision and Mark Rosenblum (a resident living on Autumn Farms Court) who held the position from 2004 through 2007.
