The Barber Tract is a neighborhood of La Jolla, California that runs from the Pacific Ocean to La Jolla Boulevard between Marine Street and Fern Glen.
The Barber Tract Homeowners Association was formed in December of 1989 for the purpose of "banding together to identify, discuss and deal effectively with neighborhood concerns."
