Welcome to all new neighbors! This is our second year of having a Civic Association, and our goals and responsibilities include maintenance of the front entrance and common areas, capital improvements (Board approved projects), communications with Genoa Township, addressing safety issues and neighborhood concerns, and fostering a community spirit.

The annual dues are currently $40 and are prorated for new residents based upon your move in date. For additional details, please call one of the trustees listed above. We hope you will join!
