Barrington Estates is located in Genoa Township. It is North of Maxtown Road and just West of Sunbury Road.

About our association

Barrington Estates Civic Association

It is the desire of the resident homeowners to create an Association to represent Barrington Estates in any relevant business, legal and/or social transactions. In establishing the Association , it is their intent that the primary purpose and goals of the Association are:
1) To foster a spirit of neighborhood solidarity.
2) To endorse the beautification of the neighborhood.
3) To be an instrument for communicating Barrington Estates, Genoa Township and Westerville community information to the neighborhood.
4) To be a forum to address complaints regarding alleged violations of the Covenants and Deed Restrictions of Barrington Estates.
5) To promote and address personal safety issues in the development, including pedestrian and vehicle traffic concerns.

Joining the Association

Every developed and occupied house in Barrington Estates has the right, and is encouraged, to join the Association and become a member upon payment of annual dues. Dues are $40 and cover an annual period from July 1st through June 30th. Dues for homeowners that move into the neighborhood during the year will be pro-rated.
