About our association

Historicly Speaking

We are dedicated to the Period Renovation of the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood. We are concerned about the rundown conditions that prevail on some properties and are working to bring in outside sources to assist in the renovation as it was at the turn of the 20th Century.

Crime and Grime have to go

We are dedicated to a crime free neighborhood where people are not afraid to walk the streets at night. We all need to be careful of the litter on the streets and do our part one and all to clean it up. Think of the message we are sending to our youth.

The Future

We are dedicated to a crime free neighborhood, where diversity is welcomed. We are interested in preserving the historic aspect of the neighborhood and helping home values increase. We will work towards the safety of our residents and encourage home ownership.
