Beacon Hill Civic Association is the homeowners association for the Beacon Hill neighborhood composed of 67 single family homes, located in northern New Castle County, Delaware.
Homes in the the community are located along four primary streets: Beacon Hill Drive, Lighthouse Lane, Mousley Way, and Forrestwood Drive.
All of the houses in Beacon Hill were built in the early 1970's and are all two-story colonials (4 bedroom, 2-1/2 baths), with either one-car or 2-car garages.
Streetlights were added to the neighborhood in 2001.
The homeowner's association board is comprised of 10 individuals - four officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and one representative from each of six neighborhood districts.
Board meetings are held roughly six times a year with officer elections taking place in November and annual budget approval in February.
