Pool Rules

Remember it is everyone’s responsibility to observe and follow these rules. Please enlist the help of everyone using the pool. We need to monitor that everyone adheres to them.

1. Pool Hours are:

Sunday - Thursday.........9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Friday - Saturday.........9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

2. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.....SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

3. Each individual homeowner is liable under their homeowner’s policy for themselves, their family and guests in the case of injury or accident at the pool and common areas.

4. The pool is for the use of residents and their quest ONLY. Guest must be accompanied by a resident adult. NO MORE THAN FIVE (5) GUEST AT ANYTIME, unless prior arrangements are made with the pool chairman, 72 hours in advance.

5. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times when using the pool.

6. Proper swim attire required at all times. NO cutoffs allowed. No diapers.

7. Loud or disturbing noise and/or music must not disturb others and are prohibited.

8. Absolutely no diving, running, ducking or rough play in the pool areas.

9. Absolutely no glass or breakable objects allowed in the pool area.

10. Use of the pool facilities under the use of alcohol, drugs or medication is prohibited.

11. No pets allowed in the pool area (that is anywhere within the fence area).

12. Pool equipment (primarily within the pump room) is off limits. All emergency equipment is to be used solely in the event of an emergency.

13. Pool gates must be closed and locked at all times. No climbing the pool area fence or gate. Pool key is required for entrance to or exit of the pool area. Tenants must have a pool key. They may obtain them from the owner. Do not unlock the pool gate for anyone you do not know. Do not leave keys in the lock.

14. Pool furniture is to remain on pool decking at all times.

15. Persons with skin disorders or communicable diseases are not allowed in the pool area.

16. All trash must be picked up and the pool area kept clean by those using this facility. Please take with you all items you brought to the pool area. Any items left at the pool area will be discarded. This also includes toys any items left in the common area.
