It sure is nice to know a few homeowners within Bella Vista care about the community. I've been here since the very beginning and have seen things really deteriorate. I just hope that the new homeowners that buy these foreclosure homes at great deals compared to what others paid years ago, take advantage of the savings and use some of that money on cosmetic items.
