Depraved indifference, yes!

This may or may not be helpful, but it was a different solution to the speeding problem.  I go to a hair stylist in St Matt who lives in Beechwood Village and he told me that the same person was observed speeding quite often.  The block watch captain took a picture of her and of her car and license number and posted it in the neighborhood.  This sounds a little libelous but it apparently worked.  Just saying....
