How much advance notice is required to get on the agenda of the monthly City Commission meting? Who determines who gets on the agenda: the commissioner who oversees that area?? Is it possible to have the agenda posted on this site in advance of the meeting?

My self and Commissioners are the only ones who can put items of business on the city agenda. If you have something to propose contact the commissioner responsible for oversight of that area. |

NO! The agenda is put together by the city clerk the day of the meeting. I don't even see it until she gives it to me. |
