You get the agenda the same day as the meeting?  Are you serious?  Sounds as though part of the problem is this city is improper use of the 7 Ps - proper prior planning prevents p--- poor performance..

And why are you yelling at the lady with the "NO!" answer to her question?  She has a legitimate question; in fact, quite a bit more sensible than getting an agenda the same day as the meeting.  You guys really do shoot from the hip.

7mmm~this is a very small "city" inside the Metro of Louisville and the Mayor and Commissioners are all resident volunteers! They do not receive ANY pay or compensation for their service.   Mr Larry, was trying to be nice at first, but there is only so much criticism one person can take.   People like to sit behind their computers and complain.....Kitty Katz does alot of that, and hasnt made herself known to the Mayor, other then to post on every subject to stir the pot.  If she and others want to know about the meetings then they should attend, and discuss the issues.
