You're RIGHT Kitty.  It's pointless to say anything!  $6500 to the beautification committe.  what a joke.   Speaking of a JOKE ~ Those STOP signs are a JOKE!  1 in 50 cars Might, MIGHT slow to a rolling stop.  NO BODY STOPS!    We watch cars fly in an out of the neighborhood all evening/weekend long.  coming and going.  residents and passers thru.  speed humps or stop signs everything is ignored!

I 100% agree that citizens except for those who go to those meetings and cotton up to the mayor are not heard.  I had a series of emails with the mayor in late November and early December in which he beat around the bush (or outright fabricated the truth)  but never got to the point.   I certainly would never vote for him.

I bet the website never gets off the ground.

Is this new fabulous site being paid for with tax money?  How much tax money?

Why is it necessary to have this site?  Whose idea was it?  larryl seems to take credit, but he seems to take credit for everything that on the surface appears to be good.  I wish he were as froggy on the bad things.

It has been suggested that the new site will never be open as a citizen forum; why am I not surprised?  Why are the mayor and some of our commissioners so scared of debate?  True leaders love to operate in the light of day.  I just bet they love it that we have been quiet on this site - well that is over!  If I am the only one, I will fire up the ole computer once again and hold the fire to their feet.
