Neighborhood Org./and Community Developement work together

The Belmont plan was accepted by the City Council on May 12, 2003. The residents requested rezoning requests to be considered in this plan. There is a lot of work to be done by the residents. The community Organization is at work planning different projects for each committee . The committees will carry out these projects to help move the Revitalization along and give residents the opportunity to help better the community, and have input. Belmont's Community Development Corporation (CDC) is now in operation and is ready to build new homes.
