Committees

There are several committees that help the board of directors in various way. All committees are open to new membership if you're interested in helping out.

Architectural Review: Reviews all applications for improvements to homes and lots.

Common Property: Responsible for the supervision of all property owned by the Bentwater Place Homeowners Association.

Communications Committee: Developing and maintaining the community web site located at BentwaterPlace.com as well as publishing a quarterly newsletter.

Finance Committee: Develop and maintain annual budget.

Covenants Enforcement Committee: Reviews all complaints as it relates to covenants violations.

Community Beautification Committee: Designs the landscape on the common property in the community.
