Can we not all just get along, and be civil to each other. We have a major problem, arguing among our self will not solve that problem. The way I see it is we have way to many mexican in our hood. What can we do to get ride of them?  Lets stay focus  on that issue. Any suggestion?

Keep up the good work by co-opting your daughters problems in order to bring attention to yourself and somehow finding time to check in on a neighborhood in a city and state you don't live in to insult people and make blanket assumptions about education and class.

Publics right again the thin skinned liberal brent just won't get it.Well maybe when Pipena and his jack pot taco show up next door with 12 relatives she will come around. As for that idiot painting his houses  ghetto green  why wait till the slum lord passes on? Get started, please add some ole pickup trucks to! SHE IS THE RACIST!! It is so obvious!!

You're one of those whacked out skin head types, aren't you! Try Idaho. You might fit in better up there. Not as many colors in the Crayola box, if ya know what I mean.

Whose doing the name calling? Go on back to Alabama kiddo

First off, congratulations on your Master's degree; you're obviously very proud of that.

Due to the condition of properties owned by people such as your father, its no suprise you wouldn't want to live in this part of town.

I'm very familiar with the Huntsville area; it too has crime, the uneducated, and dirt, so you're boasting doesn't fool me.

It takes a lot of gall to suggest that the commenters on this site should help repaint your father's rentals.  Maintaining his property is not their responsibility; its his.

It's unfortunate that there is stress in owning rentals, however one would think that some time between purchasing the 1st and the 25th rental, one would realize that they weren't cut out for it and choose a different vocation.

If you should inherit these properties, you should also make it a point to learn where these houses are located.  I would be very surprised to see you in Colonial Acres "hand painting every d*mn (do you use that language with the Autistic children you work with daily?) last one of those houses" since they are actually located outside the boundaries of  Colonial Acres in the area to the south and west of Oaksedge Drive.

Given the poor physical condition of these properties, your choice of new paint colors will be the least of your worries; Good luck.
