The Bienville Place Owners Association Board of Directors will perform to standards with the support of the Members to maintain and improve the conditions of the neighborhood as outlined in the Covenants and By-Laws.

The Bienville Place Owners Association Inc. is a non-profit corporation made up of the owners of the 197 lots within the Bienville Place Subdivision (Phases I, II, III, and IV).
