HEALTH TIPS

It is important to get enough water every day to prevent dehydration. Thirst is your body?’s 911 call for water. How do you know how much water you need? A good rule of thumb is to drink half your weight in ounces to keep well hydrated. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you need 75 ounces or water daily. (That is 2 quarts, 11 ounces) Are you getting enough water?
