Bluffs HOA
The Bluffs Home Owners Association (HOA) was incorporated in 2001.
The Bluffs HOA is operated by a group of neighborhood volunteers that form a board which meets regularly throughout the year. The board consists of a Chairperson, the President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer, a Secretary, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC), and a Covenant Compliance Committee (CCC). A list of the current board members and their contact information is in the "Neighborhood Contact" area.
The main purpose of the Bluffs HOA is to enforce the covenants of each of the three filings within the HOA. The Bylaws of the HOA and the covenants of each filing are in the "Community Pages" area.
The Bluffs is a great neighborhood, not because of the covenants or the HOA, but because of the great neighbors!
