Someone explained it incorrectly to you. All female babies are born with the number of eggs they will have for life. They do not produce eggs after birth. At menstration the egg is released from the ovalries. An unborn female child produces eggs while still unborn.

Many couples are donating, actually they receive money as well, for giving up their fertilized embryos. So we live in a world where selling your children is acceptable.
I am amazed that people do not know what is going on in the world. We are letting others set a standard that goes way beyond the limits of what is morally acceptable.

One other thought. An IUD, is a form of abortion. The egg can become fertilized when a woman uses an IUD. The way it prevents implantation of the embryo in the uterous is by keeping the lining of the uterous inflamed. This will prevent implantation and the embryo will be expelled from the uterous. There are cases where implantation happens. A baby does not do well in a uterous with an IUD in it. To get a more graphic sense, look up a picture of an IUD and you can imaging what I am describing.

are you getting ''eggs'' confused with the word ''genes''. I can't imagine that a female infant at 2 weeks old has enough eggs to allow her to menstruate for 30 years if not more. And I certainly don't mean to be grose here, but is this like saying if a man masturbates too much, he will run out and not be able to produce.

The fact that intrigues me the most about this post, is that a non-born (aborted) embroyo can become a ''grandma''.

The female infant is born with thousands of eggs. At two week, however, the sex organs have not yet developed. This begins at about 14 weeks. These eggs are not yet mature, but the potential to mature these eggs in an outside medium is realistic.
