tell me where the additional police costs will come into play.. I mean do you expect foreign sailers to drive through our streets firing rifles into the air.. Actually I think Mr Quirk is doing a good job in cleaning up what I saw was a miserable eyesore. And if he makes a few bucks.. so be it..
