The meters themselves contain all of the electronics and are a plugin replacement for the old meters! The investment will be substantial for the Town/Beld, I would think that the test cases are already in-place at the plaza to determine feasability and reliability! I would suspect that the meters would cost Braintree in volume in the area of $3000 each and withspare meters and parts you can figure the cost! The town could be metered area by area but will have a rough time if the use data is lost! |
