takes so long becouse meter reading system is so antuquated shood go to cable or radio read

(because meter reading system is antiquated should go to cable or radio reading, that can read without going into the neighborhood, able to read meters from the dam to Washington st. far faster than cable??)(lumps things together but smart, knows the basic facts)

radio readers can be read witout going into naborhood drive down lets say common st read all meters from dam to Washington street in 10 minuts farfaster than cable

(The cables are allready there beld cables for t.v)(additional electronics and program are needed to meter the damand,add user id,format the data and transmit over the cable with user i.d in a data packet)
