BHA Neighborhood Clean-Up June 17 & 18, 2006!

Bridgefield?’s Spring Neighborhood Clean-up has been planned, with the help of Keep Indianapolis Beautiful! Our clean-up is scheduled for the weekend of June 17th, 2006. We will have a trash dumpster, which the Department of Public Works will place on the grass at the Northwest corner of the Ditch Road and Sandy Drive intersection. The date is later than usual due to high demand from other areas, so you can plan ahead to clear your residence of unwanted items and help pick up any trash in & around our neighborhood.

The dumpster will be picked up on the Monday following the clean up. Please do NOT overfill the dumpster! The hauler will not be able to take any materials that overflow the container. We will need everyone to keep an eye on the dumpster to be sure it does not overflow and then check it Sunday evening to be sure nothing is left on the ground outside it. Any overflow will be left at the drop-off site. No construction, demolition materials, tires, refrigerators or air conditioners will be accepted, and no toxic materials. If you have a refrigerator or air conditioner that needs to be picked up, call the Mayor?’s Action Center at 327-4622. No household hazardous waste (motor oil, bleach, detergent) is allowed. If you have household hazardous waste please call the ?“Tox Drop?” program at 327-4TOX.
