Oops, that would be 09, not 08...

I live on Kinloch and I never even noticed that the gate to the church parking lot had been opened. I know it's already past the meeting time, but I haven't been on WP.com for a while.

I don't really know how it would help the people at the church to leave through Kinloch, when they would still have to go out of the neighborhood onto Westport Road. I can't see that it would make much difference to have to leave from the church parking lot onto Westport Road or drive down Kinloch to Walser and out to Westport Road.

What we REALLY need in Woodlawn Park is another exit that doesn't go out onto Westport Road. How this would happen, I have no idea. Of course, the people who originally planned Woodlawn Park didn't ask me (!), but it seems strange that every exit out of this subdivision is onto Westport Road. What if Westport Road was blown up (well, it is, kind of) or otherwise unusable? We are all just stuck here, as there is no other way out.

Get the map out please and tell me what other road is available other than Westport Road to exit the City. I agree with you that opening the gate to Kinloch for church traffic doesn't make any sense. Church goes are adding another 1/4 mile in travel and one stop sign before reaching Westport Road.
