I'm curious if the church isn't trying to save money on hiring an officer to direct traffic. Rather than clog the one entrance/exit after a service and hiring an officer to direct traffic, they erect a gate (and it does seem they did this on the sly) open it (this also seems to have been done onthe sly) and disperse their traffic on several Woodlawn Park roads thatexit on Westport Rd. I don't blame them, from their perspective it makes sense, and it's only several times a week. However, good neighbors rely on permission, not forgiveness.
