The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks provides facilities on a regular basis to all our teams. In 1999, The City of Columbus built the only wheelchair softball field east of the Mississippi River. It is located at Rhodes Park on I-70 and West Broad Street. All teams are associated with National Organizations promoting fun, athletics and support for injured and their families.
Last year the Columbus Pioneers softball team finished fourth in the Nation. This year they will be hosting the 16 team National Wheelchair Softball Tournament at Rhodes Park in August.
The Buckeye Wheelers basketball team is delighted to have two 16 year and one 13 year old on the team. The future success of the team looks bright.
