Mesa in Transition Survey

Mesa in Transition:
Exploring the Values that Define our Community?’s Identity

We Need Your Input - Your Ideas Count!

Please take a few minutes to complete and return this survey

Few would dispute that Mesa is a city in transition. The question is, what kind of community do we want to become? What values and dreams of the future do we share? How can we work together to create a community that embodies those values? Building a Healthier Mesa would like to begin to address these questions through a series of speaker/ dialogue workshops. The format would include a Friday night keynote speaker and a daylong workshop on the same topic on Saturday.
The purpose of this survey is to identify potential topics for these community dialogues. Please take a moment to let us know what topics you think we could discuss which would help us most in defining our community identity and shaping Mesa's future.

Please indicate topics/issues you feel will be of greatest importance to the future of Mesa during the next 10 years.
