Introducing Butler Ridge

Butler Ridge is a small, quiet, and friendly neighborhood on the western outskirts of Windermere, Florida. It is made up of 46 homes, each on a one acre lot. The neighborhood came into existence in 1989 and is completely built out. The neighborhood is associated with very good schools.

There is a Town of Windermere that Butler Ridge lies to the West of. Although we have a Windermere address, this is simply due to the United States Postal Service. We are not, in fact, part of the Town of Windermere.

This fact disqualifies us from participation in certain activities. For instance, we are not allowed to get keys to the tennis courts and we are not allowed to use private town access to the Butler chain of lakes.
