Built in the late 1960's & early 1970's, CCVOTL is an assortment of eighty homes nestled on Cherry Creek State Park. Our community is diverse, alive & vibrant with young families, middle-aged and senior residents who collectively offer a well-balanced neighborhood culture for all to enjoy.

Most days one will find walkers, bikers, and joggers including pets enjoying the fabulous trail system of our 3,500-acre park & lake. Children's' voices fill the neighborhood with baseball games, street hockey & a variety of activities. CCVOTL hosts at least three community events each year for its residents & guests.

Redwing Blackbirds, Magpies, Meadow Larks and Coyotes serenade as sailboats glide across Cheery Creek Lake. This abundant resource is an arm's length from our front doors. So, we're a little biased as we claim to be "One of the best little neighborhoods on the planet!"
