We organized because rapid & poorly-planned development threatens our air, land & water.
We are Democrats, Republicans, Independents working together to improve life in Sussex County.

Local Government

We work to seek a more responsive & responsible County Council & State Government.
We believe
Growth is good & inevitable
Farmers have the right to sell their land to whomever they wish
Developers need to make a profit to stay in business
There's no waiting period to get full rights as a Sussex citizen
There is no great divide between eastern & western Sussex
Growth without PLANNING leads to sprawl
Developers CAN make a profit without harming our environment
Most members of the 2007 county council do not recognize the importance of linkin GROWTH with ADEQUATE & CAREFUL PLANNING.

State Government

Delaware is a small state with only three counties and the State should take a greater role in land use and environmental policy.
