In addition to her work with the entryway landscaping, Mrs. Campion also deserves special mention for her efforts to organize the Association?’s summer cocktail party.
The summer cocktail party was conceived as a way to build a feeling of community between neighbors. It provides an opportunity to homeowners, who only come to the Shores in the summer, to meet their neighbors. Unfortunately, the homeowners that only come in the summer did not take advantage of that opportunity. The homeowners that attend are, for the most part, already familiar with each other. For that reason, the Board has decided not to stage this event next year.
