Calhoun Lake Homes Association is a non-profit organization consisting of 67 townhome and condominium owners living on the 3100 block of West Calhoun Blvd in the beautiful city of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

All CLHA board positions are elected for a two-year period. Elections are held in October at the annual homeowner meeting. Two positions will be opening in October of 1999 and then three positions in October of 2000. There are no special qualifications for being a board member, you simply must be an interested homeowner!

About our association

The CLHA Board meetings are the second Wednesday of every month. The even-numbered month meetings are General Homeowner sessions and held in the basement of building 4, rear entry. The odd-numbered month meetings are Board of Director sessions held at board members home's. Minutes for all meetings are available to homeowners by contacting Steve Pfeiffer at Gassen Property Management.
