This is a unique opportunity for us to get together as a neighborhood and use group buying power to negotiate rates and prices for a variety of goods and services related to our homes. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

We will band together and attempt to negotiate rates as a group for goods and services we buy all the time (i.e. home heating oil, lawn care, etc.). For other types of purchases (i.e. roof installation), we will contact all members to see if anyone else is interested in negotiating a price. Most contractors and vendors should be willing to offer a discount to attract more customers.
